Mozzarella Chicken Pasta recipe

Mozzarella Chicken Pasta ingredients list:

1 pound grilled chicken cutlets
½ pound spiral pasta
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup cubed fresh mozzarella cheese
¼ cup thinly sliced oil-soaked, drained sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup sliced fresh basil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions for Mozzarella Chicken Pasta:

1) Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add pasta and cook until al dente, about 9 minutes. Drain.

2) Toss pasta with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste and serve at room temperature or cold.

This dish represents the love of salads during the 1920's (which were seen as upscale and continental), as well as Italian influences and money for meat.
